To keep things running smoothly and respectfully, we follow a simple policy: – For cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged – In case of no-shows, a 50% fee also applies – If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled and a 50% fee will be charged Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our work.
